If you did not include insurance fee in your invoice, you assume your own risk for damaged/lost items during transportation. Our recommendation in this situation is to reach out to the carrier ASAP to file a claim on the items damaged/lost in transit. We can assist by providing details and evidence of what was shipped. If our assistance is requested, you must file a claim with our Customer Service department within five (5) business days of receiving the shipment.
Note: Any return claims due to shipping issues filed after five (5) business day timeframe will be limited or rejected.
