How long will it take for me to receive my shipment?

Depending on your location and the shipping options you selected, shipments will take in average 1-14 business days to be delivered. Please follow-up on the delivery status directly on the chosen carrier's website once the order is on your "Completed" orders' tab, by clicking on the "Track" link (see below):

Please note that once the order is picked up from our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery timeframe from carrier or over any incidents that may cause delay in transit. If there are no updates on the tracking status after 5 business days of ship date, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
